- Hands-on experience in R&D or industrial environments
- Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID) and analytical techniques (BET, SEM, XRF)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and curiosity for innovation
Aufgaben
- Design and conduct lab-scale experiments for graphite process optimization
- Conduct pilot-scale experiments for carbon process optimization
- Scale up R&D results into efficient industrial processes
- Model and simulate process behavior using Computer-Aided Engineering software
- Manage projects to support production teams with process optimization
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation
- Ensure process safety in all operations
- Identify new technological trends and emerging processes
- Engage with universities and institutes to foster innovation
- Attend technical conferences and exhibitions
