- Procure necessary supplies for the lab
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Drive construction and commissioning of Proof-of-Concept systems
- Maintain Proof-of-Concept systems to validate new technologies
- Provide hardware development support for power electronics systems
- Prototype, debug, and validate testing processes
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for test protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and researchers
- Analyze test data and identify trends
- Compile comprehensive reports to guide engineering decisions
