- 5 years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, or construction
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
- Experience and proficiency with online document management applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Manufacturing or industry QAQC formal qualification
- Consultant PM experience with large scale mission critical projects
- Detailed knowledge of Data Centre pre-construction, build to and handover/commissioning processes
- Detailed knowledge of Data Centre post turnover processes
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Liaise closely with the client's representative on quality requirements
- Establish and maintain coordination with contractors and consultants
- Plan and allocate QC resources for inspections
- Perform audits and field inspections of contractors
- Review and approve ITPs and checklists
- Conduct site walks with the client and consultants
- Recruit qualified QC personnel
- Plan commissioning witnessing based on resources
- Present quality issues to the client weekly
- Escalate significant quality issues for resolution
- Attend vendor kick-off meetings
- Attend weekly coordination meetings with client, consultants, and contractors
- Attend specific weekly coordination meetings for technical issue resolution
- Review contractor QC resources for qualification
- Generate weekly quality reports for the client
- Establish and review weekly QC activity plans
- Generate and review QC daily reports
- Lead weekly QAQC meetings with contractors
- Lead internal QAQC meetings with QC personnel
- Ensure quality dossiers are in the client's documentation system
- Validate or review as-built drawings from contractors
- Conduct performance evaluations for QC personnel
