In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure quality across production lines, monitor key performance indicators, and support audits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing quality issues, coordinating with suppliers, and training teams on best practices.

Anforderungen

• •Technical education and several years of professional experience in quality
• •Practical experience with rotating machines (generators or motors)
• •SAP administration skills
• •Advanced written and spoken English skills and business fluent in German
• •Consistent commitment to safety and quality
• •Problem-solving and methodical thinking
• •Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with various teams

Aufgaben

• •Handle quality topics for production lines
• •Monitor and track KPIs across the organization
• •Manage the quality escalation process between factory levels
• •Perform RCA, CAPA, and 8D analyses
• •Ensure and implement Vestas processes and procedures
• •Support process and product audits
• •Coordinate PPAPs for customers
• •Act as point of contact for supplier non-conformities
• •Participate in projects like new product industrialization and technology transfer
• •Train production teams on quality topics
