- Provide clear quality assessments to support release decisions
- Design and execute test cases
- Build and maintain automated tests
- Perform integration, system, endpoint, and load testing
- Manage defects through to resolution in Jira
- Create clear documentation and reporting
- Serve as the first point of contact for display and installation questions
- Identify user needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable input for Product and Development teams
- Establish automations and efficient processes
- Implement AI-supported workflow improvements
- Support and coordinate the technical execution of event setups
