Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years QA experience in medical device/biopharmaceutical industry, laboratory, or regulated environment
- Professional education as CTA, BTA, chemical laboratory technician, or biology laboratory technician
- Previous experience handling chemicals and using basic laboratory equipment
- High commitment to Quality principles and ability to administer/work within Quality Systems
- Understanding of integrity and problem-solving attitude
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, proactive, flexible
- Basic office computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheet)
- Advanced German and English (minimum B2)
Aufgaben
- Ensure activities comply with Quality System requirements
- Authorize or prevent release of materials and products
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Conduct microbiological testing of environment and product
- Propose training in Quality Systems and processes
- Support nonconformance investigations
- Identify needs for corrective, preventive, and improvement actions
- Organize and document reports, files, and results
- Support internal and external audits and inspections
- Collaborate with production team on quality-related topics
- Adhere to practices preventing employee and product contamination
- Work flexibly within a small team
