Anforderungen

• •Degree in software testing, engineering or equivalent
• •4+ years manual testing experience
• •2+ years Test Management experience
• •Ability to create comprehensive test documentation
• •Knowledge of test data management concepts
• •Experience in non-functional requirement testing
• •Software testing certifications (ISTQB, CTFL) advantageous
• •Practical experience working with JIRA
• •Comfort with agile approaches
• •Experience in fraud detection or payments
• •English business fluent

Aufgaben

• •Define the QA strategy and quality goals for the FRAMS product
• •Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines
• •Oversee the overarching test automation strategy
• •Implement test plans for manual, performance, and security testing
• •Integrate testing into continuous delivery and deployment pipelines
• •Align test phase milestones with project management
• •Supervise and manage a multi-country team of testers
• •Participate in writing acceptance criteria across different levels
• •Assign roles and conduct performance evaluations for the QA team
• •Monitor quality metrics and report progress to stakeholders
• •Manage reliable and compliant test environments and data
• •Contribute directly to test execution
• •Ensure tests meet timing and quality expectations
• •Prioritize tasks to ensure the team works efficiently
• •Update test environment strategies with squads and release managers
• •Assess non-functional requirements like scalability and accessibility
