- Review requirements with Product Managers and Designers
- Ensure features are feasible and testable
- Identify, document, and track bugs via Jira
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Maintain rigorous test documentation
- Embed quality early in the sprint cycle
- Guide and mentor engineers on quality ownership
- Drive improvements in test coverage and practices
