Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience in food packaging, industrial packaging, seafood, meat, or cold-chain environments
- Demonstrable hunter profile with evidence of winning new logos in competitive B2B market
- Comfortable spending majority of time in field (3-4 days/week with customers)
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
- Native or C2-level German
- Working English for group reporting
Aufgaben
- Identify and target new customer accounts
- Win new business in seafood, meat, and food packaging
- Execute structured prospecting activities
- Conduct cold outreach and follow up on warm leads
- Participate in events and trade fairs
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Convert pilots into framework agreements
- Lead commercial discussions on pricing, volumes, and terms
- Collaborate with the Germany Sales Director
- Work with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Deliver competitive, customer-aligned solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting
- Update weekly pipeline status
- Provide monthly forecasts to leadership
- Represent FBS/Amcor at industry events
- Attend fish international and food industry forums
