Your responsibilities will include analyzing processes, conducting workshops, and providing training, while collaborating with various teams to tailor solutions for complex billing needs.

Anforderungen

  • •First professional experience in consulting, business process analysis, or project management
  • •Technical and business understanding; interest in IT and financial processes
  • •Experience in implementing software solutions; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • •Problem-solving competence, negotiating skills, and organizational talent
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English
  • •Curiosity and passion for modern technologies and working with customers

Aufgaben

  • •Support customers from requirements analysis to successful implementation of JustOn solutions
  • •Independently monitor the JustOn implementation from data migration to go-live
  • •Analyze business processes and conduct customer workshops
  • •Optimize business processes in billing, payment processing, and digital accounting
  • •Conduct online and on-site training for users, administrators, and decision-makers
  • •Coordinate closely with sales, support, and product development to create customized solutions for complex billing models
