- Ideally experience in conducting clinical trials, mainly Phase II, indication oncology, hematology, immunology, vaccines
- Communicative personality and organizational talent
- Scientific-analytical mindset
- Teamwork skills; communicative personality and organizational talent
- Careful working method, high resilience and high sense of responsibility
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills in a matrix organization
- High self-motivation and flexibility
- Native German and business fluent English in speaking and writing
- Willingness to travel according to position requirements
- Very good PC user skills
Aufgaben
- Lead, monitor, and manage clinical trial activities
- Oversee country-specific operational planning and execution
- Conduct Phase I-IV clinical trials in the DACH region
- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH, CTR, AMG, and SOPs
- Achieve recruitment targets for studies
- Deliver high-quality study results according to the protocol
- Adhere to timelines and budget requirements
- Serve as the primary operational contact
- Liaise between the central GSK study team and local site
- Provide technical leadership to the study team
- Collaborate closely with national and international partners
- Work with external trial sites
