Anforderungen

• •Experience in project management, operations, or logistics
• •Degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
• •Strong organizational and coordination skills
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Hands-on mentality and problem-solving willingness
• •English fluency
• •Knowledge of agricultural or mining workflows
• •Portuguese fluency or working proficiency
• •Experience in climate tech or CDR
• •Basic understanding of MRV processes

Aufgaben

• •Manage customer projects from agreement to field implementation
• •Oversee complex supply chains and shipping logistics
• •Deploy measurement devices and bulk materials on-site
• •Assign and schedule field team activities
• •Guide teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• •Translate scientific requirements into practical operational workflows
• •Act as the primary contact for customers and partners
• •Troubleshoot supply chain and on-site logistical hurdles
• •Provide structured feedback to science and engineering teams
• •Optimize physical deployment processes for rapid scaling
