- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for compliance
- Manage order-related risks and corrective measures
- Plan and implement effective problem-solving activities
- Maintain various customer and service portals
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA to manage SLAs
- Conduct project reviews for management and customers
- Support service sales with feedback and quotations
