- Excellent university degree in Business or Finance
- Relevant experience in regulatory reform initiatives within Asset Management
- Knowledge of T+1 settlement, EMIR, and derivatives clearing preferred
- Exposure to AIFMD/UCITS or Retail Investment Strategy is a plus
- Strong technical skills
- Familiarity with project management processes
- Very good teammate
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills
- High interpersonal competence
- High motivation and positive work attitude
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Excellent follow through skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English
- Additional European language is a plus
- Experience with Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence
Aufgaben
- Lead projects for regulatory changes in EU and UK
- Facilitate assessment of regulatory impacts
- Moderate workshops with affected teams and management
- Plan and execute projects independently
- Ensure project success and outcomes
- Support multiple projects and topics simultaneously
- Prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively
