- Proven consulting and project management experience (agile and traditional)
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience is a plus
- Capability to deep dive into collaborative working models and IT tools
- Ability to translate insights effectively into the GBS environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong English proficiency

- Shape organizational structures, methods, and digital governance
- Advise stakeholders on delivery and process excellence
- Contribute to strategic GBS initiatives
- Lead projects in Payroll and Time management
- Promote agile methodologies like Scrum and Lean
- Establish PMO standards and governance frameworks
- Optimize end-to-end GBS processes for efficiency
- Define and implement process frameworks and workflows
- Support assessment and preparation of decision papers
- Ensure consistent project execution across GBS PM H2R
