- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business/management studies
- •Project management certifications are an advantage
- •Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management
- •Strategic mindset with a strong long-term perspective
- •Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment
- •Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills
- •Attention to detail
- •Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools
- •Fluency in English (C1) and conversational in German (B2)
- •Willingness to travel
