- •Track budgets with Controlling to enable transparent decision-making
- •Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira
- •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- •Monitor workstream progress and resolve project bottlenecks
- •Manage information flow through defined collaboration structures
- •Collaborate with architects and construction planners
- •Oversee change management and internal communication activities
- •Develop robust cutover and transition plans
- •Guarantee Day-1 readiness for all office services
- •Coordinate hypercare during and after the physical move
