Aufgaben
- Maintain master schedule across subsystems, dependencies, and critical path
- Drive recovery plans when milestones slip
- Run core meetings and maintain decisions and actions
- Ensure consistent status reporting that highlights progress, blockers, and next steps
- Align subsystem plans and milestones with the technical roadmap
- Surface deviations early and drive resolution
- Track and validate system-level requirements and interfaces
- Establish efficient decision traceability processes
- Maintain a single risk register with mitigation ownership and regular reviews
- Steer and track risk reduction to meet project goals
- Track budget, forecasts, and changes
- Coordinate long-lead procurement with engineering and system owners
- Plan and guide readiness reviews with system owners
- Ensure evidence, test plans, and acceptance criteria are captured
- Implement a research-operable safety approach
- Conduct hazard reviews, procedures, training, and operational envelope assessments
- Continuously improve delivery flow and documentation efficiency
- Reduce redundancy and increase execution speed without compromising safety or quality
- Work with main system owners to ensure timely and clear work
- Maintain strong transparency and controlled changes
