In this role, you will oversee and execute strategic global projects while implementing project management standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing guidelines, creating templates, and providing training to ensure effective project execution.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration or similar field
• •Excellent skills in Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Green/Black Belt, Agile, Product Owner), Project Management, and Change Management
• •Several years of experience in leading projects and developing business processes
• •Outstanding communication skills
• •Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and reliability
• •Ability to work effectively under pressure and strong time management skills
• •Strong team player with experience collaborating in a global team
• •Fluent English skills and willingness to travel

• •Manage and execute global projects and initiatives
• •Lead global programs within the BPS service
• •Implement and monitor project management standards
• •Develop and maintain project management guidelines
• •Create and maintain project management templates and forms
• •Identify training needs for project management standards
• •Prepare training materials and offerings
• •Provide operational support for project management tasks
