You will drive the success of EU-funded R&D projects by managing their full lifecycle, from technical kick-offs to complex reporting, while ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and funding bodies.

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate administrative and technical project kick-offs
• •Communicate with partners, EU institutions, and funding agencies
• •Oversee the full project lifecycle and contractual obligations
• •Develop and monitor internal project plans and milestones
• •Manage legal, financial, and technical compliance aspects
• •Lead all financial, technical, and administrative reporting activities
• •Ensure timely submission of deliverables and progress reports
• •Monitor project expenditures and support partner financial processes
• •Track project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies
• •Facilitate technical coordination for work package delivery
• •Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit requirements
• •Support multidisciplinary teams and foster strategic collaboration
• •Assist in partnership building and day-to-day operations
