- Ideally training/degree (business admin, business informatics, media management) or initial PM certifications
- Knowledge of common PM methods/tools (classic, agile like Scrum, Kanban, Agile)
- Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, digital collaboration tools
- Knowledge of digital media and IT services
Aufgaben
- Support senior project managers on large programs
- Manage sub-projects
- Ensure smooth project collaboration
- Collaborate with account managers
- Handle project management tasks in CMS, e-commerce, or platform projects
- Perform project controlling
- Monitor project progress
- Ensure project quality assurance
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams
- Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders
- Coordinate project requirements
- Document project results
- Keep all parties informed on current project status
