• •Knowledge of multi-disciplinary construction scopes
• •Proficiency in spreadsheets and report writing

Aufgaben

• •Manage overall project costs, schedules, and budgets
• •Oversee general contractors, vendors, and consultants
• •Track and manage critical milestones to prevent delays
• •Review construction proposals, pricing, and scopes
• •Assess work-in-place and approve capital expenditures
• •Review and approve cost-loaded schedules
• •Lead client and project meetings
• •Identify and monitor factors influencing construction costs
• •Apply knowledge of procurement methods and long-lead equipment
• •Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
• •Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
• •Review and approve payment requests and invoices
• •Ensure equipment delivery aligns with the project schedule
• •Record potential claims and act on the client’s behalf
• •Advocate for the client in disputes and change orders
• •Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews
• •Oversee project close-out, documentation, and warranties
