- Hands-on experience in digital and/or AI-driven initiatives, particularly in transformation or enablement contexts, is a strong advantage
- Proven track record to advise and engage senior leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong experience independently leading complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives, delivering measurable and sustainable impact
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on, operational approach
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (plus)

- Drive company-wide AI tool adoption
- Focus on Microsoft Copilot and generative AI
- Ensure measurable business impact
- Work with global leaders to accelerate AI adoption
- Conceptualize and steer AI change initiatives
- Develop international AI Ambassador network
- Design and facilitate AI enablement and learning formats
- Execute communication initiatives for AI curiosity and responsible use
- Collaborate with global functions and countries
- Align initiatives and share best practices
- Accelerate AI adoption across the business
- Contribute to global strategic People & Transformation topics
