- Completed or interested in PMP accreditation
- Knowledge of Project Management tools
- Exposure to payments, retail banking, or merchants
- MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)

- Manage multiple projects within a portfolio
- Coordinate complex activities and align with expected benefits
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Manage deliverable development and workstreams
- Utilize project and change management methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, and budget
- Perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses
- Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines
- Summarize effectively with analysis and solutions
- Build strong relationships with client managers
- Develop and present business recommendations
- Plan and organize work for self and team members
- Lead team and external meetings
- Contribute to firm's intellectual capital
- Promote Mastercard and Data & Services brand
- Mentor junior team members
- Enable ownership of day-to-day project management
