- Coordinate initiatives with internal SMEs and external vendors
- Support contract and partner management
- Assist with capability building and project reviews
- Manage project controls and framework updates
- Support the Supplier Relationship Management Initiative
- Roll out and establish the Capability Model
- Develop infrastructure to manage department initiatives
- Build and maintain project tools and templates
- Follow up on project actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Organize virtual, hybrid, and in-person global events
- Coordinate town halls and training sessions
- Prepare communication materials for a global audience
- Review and compare CAPEX contract templates
- Analyze and capture document review findings
- Design communication, learning, and engagement materials
- Design web portals and digital tools
- Experiment with AI technology like Gemini and Claude
