Project Lead - Group CFO Office(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

- PhD or Master’s degree in business (Finance preferred) or science
- Experience in consulting, in-house strategy, and/or business leadership (Healthcare/Pharma/Finance)
- Mandatory in-depth understanding of healthcare sector (systems, trends, market, competitors, customer groups, business models)
- Preferred: Previous experience in Finance (processes, operating model, strategy)
- Self-driven and ability to work with limited supervision

- Prepare presentations for functional townhalls.
- Synthesize insights for executive briefings.
- Support senior leadership meeting preparation and execution.
- Support senior leadership event preparation and execution.
- Support the annual functional strategic planning cycle.
- Define strategic priorities on a functional level.
- Translate priorities into meaningful objectives.
- Monitor and track strategic priorities and objectives.
- Interact with senior stakeholders across units and functions.
- Collect input from senior stakeholders.
- Obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders.
- Build a strong network across Finance.
