Leading analyses and preparing presentations for a Group CFO at a global pharmaceutical company. In-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including systems and trends, required. Work with highly visible topics for senior leadership.

Anforderungen

  • High integrity
  • Successful track record in strategic roles with senior stakeholders
  • PhD or Master’s degree in business (Finance preferred) or science
  • Experience in consulting, in-house strategy, and/or business leadership (Healthcare/Pharma/Finance)
  • Mandatory in-depth understanding of healthcare sector (systems, trends, market, competitors, customer groups, business models)
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Finance (processes, operating model, strategy)
  • Self-driven and ability to work with limited supervision
  • High quality and timely information delivery
  • Excellent skills in succinct, fact-based, clear presentations
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Promotion of trust culture with strong interpersonal skills

  • Prepare presentations for the CFO.
  • Drive highly visible topics.
  • Prepare concise internal presentations.
  • Prepare concise external presentations.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management.
  • Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare presentations for key customers.
  • Prepare presentations for functional townhalls.
  • Synthesize insights for executive briefings.
  • Support senior leadership meeting preparation and execution.
  • Support senior leadership event preparation and execution.
  • Support the annual functional strategic planning cycle.
  • Define strategic priorities on a functional level.
  • Translate priorities into meaningful objectives.
  • Monitor and track strategic priorities and objectives.
  • Interact with senior stakeholders across units and functions.
  • Collect input from senior stakeholders.
  • Obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Build a strong network across Finance.
