- Engineering degree or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Project engineering, interface management, or system integration experience
- Strong understanding of complex, multidisciplinary environments (signalling or rail projects ideal)
- Stakeholder management and coordination across multiple contractors experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage technical discussions with customers and partners
- Structured and proactive problem-solving and issue tracking approach
- Willingness to work on-site and perform site assessments
- Fluency in English; German language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Manage technical interfaces between signalling systems and external stakeholders
- Act as main technical point of contact for customers
- Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams
- Ensure seamless collaboration across interfacing partners
- Manage interface-related issues and ensure alignment
- Support project execution by coordinating communication
- Track and resolve interface issues
- Ensure successful integration during installation and commissioning
- Provide technical clarification to engineering teams
- Coordinate technical discussions with onshore stakeholders
- Manage and track interface issues with customers and internal teams
- Supervise external interfaces with contractors
- Identify and define interface requirements
- Establish effective communication with interfacing partners
- Organize and lead interface meetings and working groups
- Ensure clear documentation of meetings and reports
- Secure customer alignment and approval of interface definitions
- Manage interface changes throughout the project
- Support system commissioning by validating implementation
- Provide planning inputs for installation and commissioning
- Conduct site surveys to assess interface conditions
