- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities (comparable to 1+ years)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, and other MS Office applications
- Experience/knowledge in specialized data management software (e.g., LIMS)
- Experience in clinical trial operations or GLP/GCP/GMP-regulated operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with process and SOP compliance
- Attention to detail
- Strong English language skills (oral and written)
- Basic German language skills
Aufgaben
- Support cross-functional laboratory sample and data operations
- Initiate and coordinate project setup documents with vendors
- Revise documents for external storage of clinical trial samples
- Support sample data curation, intake, and reconciliation
- Transfer sample data using bioanalytical LIMS and ELN software
- Manage internal and external sample storage
- Inventory and review sample retention periods
- Coordinate sample relocation and disposal
- Collaborate with global teams for cross-functional processes
- Support data exchange with global teams
- Contribute to IT system development and testing
- Enhance processes and IT systems
- Ensure compliance with GCP/GLP requirements
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and SOPs
- Maintain flexible project timelines
