Aufgaben

• •Compile background information on economic and social factors
• •Design supporting flow charts, schedules, and tables
• •Coordinate document collection with support units
• •Assemble and edit data for planning and negotiation
• •Review project documents for clarity and completeness
• •Track and describe ongoing project progress
• •Investigate project activities and discuss findings with supervisors
• •Evaluate alternative methods for project design and resolution
• •Maintain institutional memories and project documentation systems
• •Monitor project execution and key performance indicators
• •Retrieve status and risk information from SAP PPM
• •Draft reports and conduct specialized research activities
• •Organize briefings and tours for visitors and missions
