- Project, change or process management certifications (PROSCI, PMP/PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, or similar)
- Full proficiency in English
- (Re)insurance expertise and/or value chain understanding in Underwriting, Claims or Operation (preferred)
- Substantial experience in supporting other financial services (alternative)

- Design and implement project portfolio management
- Enable project prioritization, scoping, and staffing
- Facilitate annual and quarterly planning processes
- Prepare decision materials and scenarios
- Coordinate quarterly exchanges with key stakeholders
- Ensure project standards and milestone plans
- Track project progress and budget adherence
- Develop and maintain resource transparency framework
- Ensure best practices in project documentation
- Support leadership in resource and prioritization decisions
- Manage portfolio tracking and reporting
- Promote agile working methods
- Increase transparency and alignment across teams
