- Administer and maintain core banking applications (T24, Bobatools, GTExchange, GTFrame, GTMatch, Hypersuite)
- Track operational KPIs (incident volume, resolution time, backlog, SLA adherence)
- Report operational KPIs to stakeholders
- Identify recurring operational issues
- Implement corrective actions to reduce risk
- Drive automation initiatives
- Streamline repetitive tasks
- Ensure audit readiness
- Provide documentation for audits
- Lead and support the production support team
- Ensure team workload prioritization
- Ensure timely delivery under deadlines
