- Drive innovative applications in particle characterization and measurement technology
- Provide application support to international subsidiaries, existing, and prospective customers
- Contribute to innovation in product and application development
- Develop and optimize customer applications and new analytical methods, and share expertise with partners
- Prepare sales support materials and deliver technical training
- Support key projects as a technical and application expert
- Contribute to verification testing prior to product release, including field test support
- Participate in scientific conferences and industry events, and present solutions
