As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing air traffic control software by translating product management requirements into actionable tasks, leading planning sessions, and ensuring successful feature delivery to stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of experience as product owner, product manager, project manager, or similar role in software development
• •Solid background in requirements engineering
• •Ability to maintain calmness, clarity, and consistency in hectic and ambiguous environments
• •Fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in German is a benefit
• •Eagerness to acquire in-depth knowledge of air traffic control and apron management; prior experience advantageous
• •Strong sense of initiative and responsibility for own work while supporting shared team goals

Aufgaben

• •Understand and refine requirements from product management
• •Communicate requirements clearly to the development team
• •Prepare features for implementation
• •Manage the team's defect backlog
• •Act as the first point of contact for new defects
• •Lead Program Increment (PI) and sprint planning sessions
• •Present and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders
• •Ensure expectations are met and acceptance criteria are fulfilled
• •Collaborate closely with the team lead to maximize team value
