- Define requirements, epics, and user stories
- Manage stakeholder alignment across domains
- Evaluate and structure incoming requirements
- Balance business needs and product vision
- Set and adjust team priorities
- Handle mid-sprint changes
- Maintain delivery stability
- Own release planning
- Communicate timelines transparently
- Provide structured updates to senior management
- Highlight achievements, risks, and trade-offs
- Collaborate with QA on test scenarios
- Ensure customer sign-off
- Maintain high-quality product documentation
- Incorporate user feedback into product decisions
- Plan product roadmap
- Co-lead the team with the Team Lead
