Anforderungen
- 5+ years product/project management in technical field, R&D data management, or related
- Advanced degree (PhD, MS) in scientific field or equivalent industry experience
- Proven digital product management experience in pharma R&D/life sciences
- Strong understanding of lab workflows, drug discovery/development
- Track record delivering high-impact products in pharma research/life sciences
- Experience developing products with Agile methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong facilitation skills in design-thinking workshops and ideation sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills, derive value from data pipelines/workflows
- Experience building/maintaining stakeholder relationships, translating needs to data products
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

- Lead digital delivery of scientific data analytics platforms
- Collaborate with R&D stakeholders on product vision
- Ensure products align with R&D business needs
- Lead strategic demand ideation for digital products
- Source external innovation
- Coordinate with R&D business and stakeholders
- Drive ideation working sessions
- Prioritize products effectively
- Develop long-term strategy and roadmap with team leadership
- Provide input for product improvements based on feedback
- Support triaging of operational demand
- Lead product development from ideation to launch
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Develop executable product delivery plan and timeline
- Lead product through governance requirements
- Gather R&D business requirements
- Establish user stories
- Define product features
- Refine backlog
- Prioritize features
- Drive selection of development tools
- Communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Communicate with technical stakeholders
