- •Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- •Solid experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
- •Strong methodological knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, UX, Design Thinking, or traditional project management methods
- •Ability to capture requirements precisely and prioritize them
- •Fluency in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) – both written and spoken

- •Advise and support the business unit in designing innovative solutions
- •Develop and enhance customer loyalty initiatives, such as Driver Benefits and Loyalty Programs
- •Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs in coordination with stakeholders
- •Steer the feature set of the customer loyalty program, including planning and performance tracking
- •Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and approve features
- •Present sprint results to stakeholders
- •Provide functional leadership to an international, agile development team
