Aufgaben
- Support operational readiness for the People department
- Act as primary link between GPO, BPOs, and ICT stakeholders
- Capture and translate BPO requirements into technical user stories
- Translate vision into a technical roadmap
- Explain technical challenges to management
- Contribute to HR product line strategy
- Lead Agile delivery team by managing backlog
- Define and prioritize product backlog items
- Ensure technical solutions align with deployment readiness
- Guarantee technical coherence with architecture guidelines
- Translate product vision into actionable PBIs and acceptance criteria
- Achieve agreed milestones and maintain non-functional requirements
- Manage external consultants and ICT suppliers
- Use metrics to justify scope, deadlines, and budget decisions
- Define and automate HR team permissions
- Provide HR with data for real-time authorization and tracking
- Review and define permissions for new hires and departing staff
