Anforderungen
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile software development
- Strong ability to translate product roadmaps into backlog items
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog management
- Solid understanding of Product Management and passion for co-innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, structured, and value-driven mindset
- Fluency in English
- Experience with live/near-real-time reporting and analytical data models
- Knowledge of modern data and AI platform architectures
- Knowledge of data governance principles is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL Server (SSIS and SSAS)
- Experience with data platform transformations
- Ability to translate reporting and analytics use cases into product requirements
- Experience with Azure and AI tool stack or similar tools
- Practical experience in delivering real data or AI products into production
- Understanding of MES data structures is a plus
- Understanding how operational data is generated and its limitations
- Understanding of Paper/Board business is a plus
Aufgaben
- Curate and prioritize the team backlog
- Maintain backlog items for planning alignment with product strategy
- Lead backlog refinement sessions
- Collaborate with UX design and engineering on specifications
- Define and uphold the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
- Ensure delivery of PI Objectives while identifying risks and dependencies
- Accept or reject completed backlog items based on acceptance criteria
- Monitor and report on team KPIs for transparency
- Ensure quality, testability, and automation readiness across backlog items
- Manage interfaces, dependencies, and integration needs with other Product Owners and Architects
- Strive for continuous improvement in processes and product outcomes
