- •Ensure timely, clear, and coherent delivery of materials
- •Manage customer-facing communication and Paradox OS Community
- •Act as the final quality gate before user delivery
- •Collect and structure user feedback from various sources
- •Segment insights by cohort, user profile, and maturity level
- •Translate raw feedback into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- •Share insights with Product & Tech, Learning & Content, and Growth teams
- •Close the feedback loop through A/B testing and measurement
- •Independently implement improvements to onboarding flows
- •Enhance communication sequences and formats
- •Update FAQs, help content, and community challenges
- •Coordinate with editors, tech, and learning teams as needed
- •Propose high-impact initiatives with clear rationale
