- Design service products that integrate hardware, software, and energy solutions
- Drive profitability and retention across global markets
- Shape the roadmap for the service and recurring-revenue portfolio
- Align business models with customer value and operational efficiency
- Lead the end-to-end product process from market research to rollout
- Develop offerings and pricing structures for sustainable revenue
- Ensure operational executability and strong customer experience
- Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams
- Translate insights and feedback into scalable product solutions
- Leverage customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings
- Define and monitor KPIs for adoption and service quality
- Identify levers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of building a service-driven ecosystem
