Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• •3-5 years of professional experience in product development or product management
• •Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• •Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge
• •Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects
• •Experience in project and process management
• •Strong understanding of structured project management
• •Expertise in sustainable materials or sustainable product development
• •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting
• •Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

• •Approve shipment audit reports after quality inspections
• •Lead innovation research and feasibility studies
• •Identify new supply markets and technologies for POS products
• •Execute cross-quotations to optimize supplier selection
• •Collaborate with procurement for strategic sourcing of materials
• •Focus on sustainability in product development
• •Improve existing products with sustainability considerations
