Anforderungen

  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • •Hands-on experience with modern product management practices
  • •Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing
  • •Strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices
  • •Knowledge of CI/CD and trunk-based development
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code and self-service models
  • •Strong systems thinking and anticipation of effects
  • •Comfortable working with senior engineers
  • •Proven ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize decisions

Aufgaben

  • •Own the product vision and strategy for the internal developer platform
  • •Define the roadmap for CI/CD, developer tooling, and internal APIs
  • •Apply customer-centric product management practices to prioritize the platform roadmap
  • •Define and track DevEx metrics like lead time and deployment frequency
  • •Drive initiatives that enhance flow, safety, and team autonomy
  • •Create and evolve golden paths for common use cases
  • •Ensure platform defaults are secure and production-ready
  • •Develop the platform adoption strategy, including documentation and migration paths
  • •Make platform-level decisions to optimize system throughput
  • •Partner daily with Product and Platform Engineering teams
  • •Translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives for engineers
