- Ability to navigate key risks (Value, Usability, Feasibility, Viability)
- Use of experiments to validate assumptions
- Ability to extract knowledge and create system diagrams/technical specifications
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement logic, and exchange executions (Crypto & TradFi)
- Comfort discussing REST APIs, database schemas, and custodian integrations
- High tolerance for 'blank page' problems
- Ability to build processes from scratch or partial ones
- Prior experience with middle/back-office tools, ERPs, or accounting engines (TradFi/Crypto)
- Proven track record automating manual processes for 10x volume
- Minimum knowledge of data products and systems for challenging engineering trade-offs
- Interest in using AI for discovery, documentation, data analysis, and solution integration
Aufgaben
- Streamline and automate operational flows
- Translate complex business requirements for engineering
- Coordinate with risk management and compliance squads
- Visualize existing "invisible" processes
- Identify areas of value leakage
- Build sources of truth for books, inventories, and settlement logic
- Audit and visualize end-to-end settlement and trade support flows
- Define a clear technical roadmap
- Build centralized books and inventories
- Drive adoption of centralized books and inventories
- Automate processes to reduce manual work
- Automate processes to shorten financial reporting close time
- Align Risk, Finance, and Trade Ops requirements
- Ensure products support MiCA requirements
- Ensure products support counterparty data requirements
