In this role, you will be at the forefront of product management, driving the development of essential technologies while collaborating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve aligning roadmaps, guiding development efforts, and fostering a culture of open communication.

Anforderungen

• •MSc in Engineering, equivalent program or equivalent combination of training and experience
• •2 to 5 years expertise in software industry
• •Experience with partner technologies and background in AI field and/or healthcare
• •Experience with AI solutions
• •Self-motivated product manager
• •Very good analytic capabilities
• •Strong business acumen and motivated team player
• •Strong communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
• •Strong verbal and written skills in German and English
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• •Self-management skills and self-starter attitude

Aufgaben

• •Manage product development for foundational technologies
• •Define and synchronize the Integrated Technologies roadmap
• •Collaborate with other Product Managers and external partners
• •Collect and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders
• •Support business case discussions for feasibility and value
• •Provide technical and functional guidance to development teams
• •Drive product evolution based on innovation and strategy
• •Manage communication about the product with internal and external teams
• •Foster an inspiring team environment with open communication
• •Motivate and support peers across the organization
