- Focus on reducing fixed costs and driving productivity
- Address long tail management and product complexity reduction
- Optimize batch sizes and business rules
- Manage capital projects
- Assess and analyze product competitiveness
- Implement strategies for profit optimization
- Improve profit margins
- Ensure accurate forecasting of new product requirements
- Manage obsolescence of retiring products
- Collaborate with regional contacts and supply chain on inventory transition
- Audit and maintain product quality across EMEA regions
- Ensure governance of product line master data
- Lead and prioritize tasks within the department and with project partners
- Lead and drive projects to execution
