Aufgaben
- Lead expansion of Mobile Check-In to new customer segments
- Collaborate with design and engineering for seamless digital interfaces
- Configure country-specific requirements for local market compliance
- Align with stakeholders to remove blockers and expand digital checkout
- Monitor KPIs for digital checkout performance and user satisfaction
- Guide customers through digital rent onboarding, vehicle selection, payment, and damage documentation
- Ensure every eligible customer can complete their journey independently
- Eliminate friction from the digital rental process
- Transition the company to a Digital Rent-first experience
