- Maximize value delivery through the digital product
- Lead the product team and communicate the vision to partners
- Collaborate with other IT product managers to ensure alignment
- Prioritize the product backlog and define key metrics
- Identify and support treasury-related innovation opportunities
- Oversee product releases and measure outcome realization
- Promote user experience and change management practices
- Guide the team from product discovery to final execution
- Decide on product features and technology upgrades
- Escalate staffing needs for internal and vendor teams
- Develop an outcome-centric mindset to ensure product adoption
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and GDPR standards
- Design and implement solutions based on user requirements
- Support recruitment and coach product team members
