- Previous experience in product or project management, business administration, or customer relationship management
Aufgaben
- Define and refine products and services
- Act as a strategic thinker in product discussions
- Partner with Global Product Management
- Represent the product portfolio to senior leadership
- Develop business cases to drive growth
- Analyze sales data with regional GMs
- Build competitive insights through benchmarking
- Assess customer quality data
- Identify improvement and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on NPIs
- Create training materials for NPIs
- Present to customers and user groups
- Represent the portfolio at trade shows
- Promote the product roadmap internally
- Deliver sales training
- Generate enthusiasm for the product
