- Several years of experience in product line architecture development and system design, preferably in cryptology, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors
- Proven senior experience in architecture definition, documentation, and communication for application software and embedded devices
- Strong expertise in technology market trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in cryptography and security domains
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, robust, and technically sound solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and methods including symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, PKCS, secure communications, key lifecycle management, and certification/accreditation standards such as Common Criteria and BSI accreditation
- Practical experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools, modeling languages (SysML/UML), and requirements management tools
Aufgaben
- Lead technical direction for Thales SIX Germany Crypto product line
- Analyze product needs and requirements to define technical solutions
- Manage product variability, commonality, and building block reuse
- Collaborate with manufacturing and service departments for integration
- Create and maintain product technical roadmap and strategy
- Work closely with Product Line Managers and engineering teams
- Serve as main Point-of-Contact for technical product topics
- Identify and evaluate new security and cybersecurity regulations
- Adapt product architecture to new technologies and standards
