- Coordinate and execute deployments and releases across Europe using Dynamics 365 Operations
- Create and maintain functional requirement documents (FRDs) and release documentation
- Write and perform end-to-end test cases based on local stakeholder input
- Align processes with business needs through active communication and collaboration
- Build and manage dashboards in Fresh Service and Azure DevOps to track SLAs
- Monitor statuses and ensure timely closure of work items
- Support audits and compliance topics
- Collaborate closely with developers, implementation managers, and project managers
